Cacao Butter - 400g ( 100% Organic)
Cacao butter is obtained from Cacao paste, which is about 55% cacao butter. Organic Cacao butter is an extremely smooth product great for any chocolate recipe.Cacao paste, sometimes called cacao liquor, is obtained when the raw cacao beans are finely ground into a liquid which once solidified, contains cacao solids and butter in equal proportions. When compared traditional dark chocolate, this is not 80% or 90%, but 100% pure organic cacao
